About the Job

We're looking for an experienced marketing leader to join our team and drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional business strategy aligned with company goals
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics to inform decision-making
  • Set and achieve revenue, profitability, and market penetration targets
Sales & Marketing Leadership
  • Oversee regional sales operations to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded
  • Develop and implement localized marketing strategies
  • Strengthen brand positioning and market presence in collaboration with marketing teams
  • Monitor sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention metrics
  • Expertise in media buying and performance marketing to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure seamless business operations, optimizing logistics, supply chain, and customer service
  • Manage budgets, P&L, and financial performance for the region
  • Implement process improvements for increased efficiency and scalability
Stakeholder & Partnership Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, distributors, and customers
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and strategic partnerships to expand market reach
Requirements
  • 7–10 years of leadership experience, preferably in health & wellness, e-commerce, FMCG, or a related industry
  • A deep understanding and experience with performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record in business development and sales growth
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget and P&L management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Expertise in media buying and performance marketing to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Preferred: Experience in a high-growth startup environment
