Director of Global Sales Expansion

This role involves leading the development and implementation of a global distribution strategy, with a strong emphasis on growing our presence in premium department stores and online marketplaces.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years in a senior sales leadership role within the fashion industry, specifically focusing on Bags, Shoes, and Accessories.
The successful individual will spearhead the international launch and sales expansion of key products, establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive sales growth and ensure long-term success.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global sales strategy for Bags, Shoes, and Accessories, with a strong focus on premium retail placements.

- Expand and oversee a robust international distribution network to grow the brand's accessories portfolio in key global markets.

- Work closely with marketing and branding teams to ensure alignment with global brand positioning and market presence.
- Provide training and support to local sales teams and retail partners, ensuring a deep understanding of the product line, brand values, and sales approach.
- Deliver comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior leadership, offering transparency into achievements, challenges, and areas for growth.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years in a senior sales leadership role within the fashion industry, specifically focusing on Bags, Shoes, and Accessories.
- Proven success in managing and expanding international premium sales channels.
- Established relationships with leading global retailers.
- Strong ability to merge entrepreneurial vision with a commercially driven sales strategy, effectively managing distribution expansion.
- Expertise in analysing market data, consumer trends, and sales performance to inform strategic decision-making and improve sales results.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate favorable terms with key retail partners and manage executive-level accounts.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present and negotiate at all levels.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments, including marketing and production, to ensure cohesive brand execution.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including international trips to key markets and industry events.
