Sales Development Executive

We are a leading Influencer Marketing software solution in Europe, trusted by marketing professionals to manage KOL (Key Opinion Leader, also known as influencer) marketing campaigns. Our platform optimizes brand communication strategies, addressing the challenges of the digital era.
We use Big Data, AI, and Machine Learning technologies to empower hundreds of clients, including Coca-Cola, Danone, Publicis, Orange, Sézane, and Decathlon, to forge meaningful partnerships with over 3 million KOLs who have 5,000+ followers across 180 countries on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (now X), Facebook, Snap, and YouTube.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be a Business Development Representative (BDR) Nordics, responsible for building an outbound machine to increase sales opportunities in Nordics. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to prospect and qualify leads before the sales process.
- Main tasks:
- Generate sales opportunities through dedicated prospection campaigns: cold calling, events, mailing, etc.
- Qualify sales contacts generated by the Marketing team to assess their business relevance.
- Spread the word about KOL Marketing on the European market.
- Develop trust relationships with our sales targets.
- Drive your activity and implement performance KPIs.
- Reach and exceed the monthly targets of generated opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A first experience as a BDR or in a sales position.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience.
- An interest in digital marketing, social media, and/or influencer marketing.
- Fluency in English.
- The ability to provide impactful ideas on a daily basis.
- Independence, proactivity, and organization.
