Enterprise Account Development Director

The Manager of Enterprise Sales Development oversees the Account Development outbound activities for our Enterprise customers in our Nurture and Focus markets.
- This key role has ownership over the pre-sales funnel and is responsible for growing a team of Enterprise ADRs, working closely with the Regional Enterprise team to promote growth & customer satisfaction.
- The successful candidate will direct the Enterprise Account development activities within Europe and provide leadership, coaching and career development to its direct team.
The role involves collaborating closely with the Regional Enterprise Leadership to define Pre-Sales strategies and targets aligned to the country/team requirements and KPIs to support revenue growth.
