Business Expansion Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Expansion Manager to help us expand our clientele. As the front of the company, you will have the dedication to create and apply an effective growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive growth plan that encompasses both financial and customer-centric objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets, leads, and customer needs by exploring various sales channels.
- Engage with potential clients through face-to-face interactions and phone calls.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to discuss our products and services.
- Promote our offerings to address or predict clients' objectives, highlighting the value we can bring to their businesses.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to foster long-term relationships with customers.
- Proven knowledge of the food and beverage supply chain and/or restaurant catering industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Excellent time management and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
- Prior experience as a business development manager, sales professional, or a related role is highly desirable.
- A competitive base salary: estimated at $80,000 per annum.
- A commission-based bonus structure to incentivize sales performance.
