Revenue Acceleration Lead

We're Electricity Maps, a pioneering company offering real-time and predictive electricity signals to empower devices in reducing their energy costs and environmental footprint.
As part of our commitment to making a positive impact, we're seeking a talented Growth Lead to elevate our product positioning, messaging, and packaging, thereby driving the creation of high-quality leads for our sales team.
This key role will involve collaborating closely with our leadership team and account executives to create a robust marketing strategy and develop our marketing capabilities from scratch.
About You
With a minimum of 5 years of experience in product or growth marketing within a high-growth B2B enterprise startup environment.
You have exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building lasting relationships and engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
You possess a deep understanding of technology and can easily grasp our product offerings and the complexities they pose for our customers.
You're a gifted storyteller, capable of transforming our technical product into captivating marketing narratives that inspire vision and ambition.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, taking immediate action while gathering initial insights and continuously iterating to drive progress.
You're driven by data, having a proven track record of designing experiments, analyzing outcomes, and adapting your approach accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for product positioning, pricing, and packaging, grounded in thorough competitive analysis and customer research.
Create compelling product narratives and messaging that cement Electricity Maps' status as a thought leader in its industry, resonating with technical and business stakeholders alike.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor insights to refine our understanding of customer personas and segments, as well as identify untapped growth opportunities.
Oversee the development of comprehensive product launch plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication and positioning across all channels.
Leverage data-driven insights to design and execute targeted growth marketing initiatives, focusing on optimizing customer acquisition funnels, improving conversion rates, and generating sales pipelines.
Equip our sales teams with valuable competitive insights and high-impact assets (e.g., pitch decks, case studies), empowering them to translate these insights into actionable strategies for revenue growth.
