Juridisk og kommerciel udvikling af vækstvirksomhed inden for vedvarende energi. GreenGo Energy udvikler og opfører vedvarende energianlæg i industriskala i Danmark, USA, Sverige, Baltikum, Polen, Tyskland og Afrika – solenergianlæg, Power-2-X, onshore vind og batterilagring for institutionelle investorer, energiselskaber og kapitalfonde. Vil du være med til at drive og udvikle vores Legal & Contract Management team i GreenGo Energy og har du stærk erfaring med juridiske discipliner som kontrakter, legal affairs, M&A og lign., så har vi jobbet til dig.

Drive, udvikle og lede kontraktstyring & legal

GreenGo Energy arbejder med mange kontrakter i hele deres værdikæde. Helt fra erhvervelse af jord, offentlige myndighedsgodkendelsesprocesser, kontrakter med investorer og samarbejdspartnere, en lang række af underleverandører af services samt af udstyr og teknologi til energianlægget og entreprenører, der opfører parkerne helt frem til idriftsættelse og overdragelse til investoren. Din primære opgave de første 12 måneder bliver sammen med teamet at etablere processer, struktur, system, templates m.m. samt at indgå i kontraktforhandlinger især omkring de større og mere omfattende kontrakter.

Derudover er der en enorm mængde lovgivning som GreenGo Energy skal forholde sig til. Endelig indgår GreenGo Energy samarbejder med andre aktører inden for området hvor de overtager projekter, som er organiseret i selskaber. Som regnskabschef og legal refererer du til VP Chef for udvikling i Danmark og bliver en del af dennes ledergruppe. Dine og teamets daglige arbejdsopgaver består af:

  • Fortsat at udvikle kontrakthåndteringen med interessenter i hele GreenGo Energys værdikæde fra indledende erhvervelse af jord til fuldt opbygget og idriftsat vedvarende energianlæg.
  • Deltage i forhandlinger.
  • Skabe overblik over den omfattende lovgivning for virkskaber som opfører og udvikler vedvarende energi – eksempelvis miljøloven, EU-lovgivning, VE-lov, lov om vindmøller, planlov m.m.
  • Håndtere M&A transaktioner.
  • Lede og udvikle teamet som det vokser og får mere ansvar i de kommende år.
  • Rådgive ledelsen og andre kolleger i GreenGo Energy vedr. jura.
  • Interagere med eksterne juridiske kompetencer.

Stærk juridisk kommerciel erfaring med bl.a. kontrakter

Du har en cand.jur. eller cand.merc.jur. og min. 5 års relevant erfaring med at arbejde med kontrakter og andre juridiske discipliner som M&A, Regulatory Affairs og lign. inden for energi, fast ejendom, industri, infrastruktur eller lign. relevante områder. Erhvervsmæssigt har du din erfaring fra et førende advokathus, fra en anden energivirksomhed, fra rådgivende ingeniørvirksomhed, byggeriet eller fra anden relevant industrivirksomhed.
