About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Manager to join our Finance and Demand organization in the Nordic branch of Abbott Diabetes Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our commercial demand forecasts are built upon solid underlying analytics that support our strategic objectives.

As a Demand Manager for the Nordic region, you will work closely with the commercial organization to understand the underlying market conditions and communicate these through our financial reporting processes (LBE/CDR/Weekly Forecast). You will also be responsible for logistics and allocation of products between ADC's European Distribution Centers and our four local warehouses in the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable demand forecasts for the Nordic market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Analyze and interpret market trends and data to inform business decisions
  • Manage product lifecycle management for our Freestyle Libre portfolio and legacy devices
  • Ensure products are introduced and phased out according to both local and EMEAP strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum Master's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or Logistics related disciplines
  • Background in finance, supply chain management, or analytics with experience in change management or operational excellence initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in statistical forecasting
  • Experience and acumen in driving business-critical processes
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
