Som Customer Service Team Leader for vores kundeservice-team vil du indgå i det daglige ledelsesteam, bestående af dig og tre andre teamledere, med reference til Head of Customer Service Danmark. Her vil du, i samarbejde med dine kollegaer, være ansvarlig for den daglige drift, hvor du med din motiverende ledelsesstil og dit personlige touch sikrer, at organisationen leverer en fremragende service.

Ansvarsområder:

Du vil i jobbet få mange forskellige kompetencer i spil, da du skal arbejde og udvikle dig med opgaver som eksempelvis:

  • Ledelse og motivation af teamet.
  • Opfølgning på KPI’er og coaching af medarbejdere.
  • Alignment og tæt samarbejde mellem teamledere i forhold til ledelse og projekter på tværs.
  • Planlægning og afholdelse af værdiskabende events.
  • Rekruttering.
  • KPI-rapportering.

Hvordan vil din hverdag se ud?

I stillingen som Customer Service Team Leader vil du have fokus på at vores medarbejdere i kundeservicen trives og levere gode resultater. Du vil få ansvaret for 15-20 medarbejdere samt 1-3 driftsledere. Du vil også drive mindre projekter og diverse nye tiltag sammen med de andre teamledere i kundeservicen, da vi er en organisation, der driver mange forandringer. Du vil indgå i et tæt samarbejde med dine lederkollegaer og nærmeste leder omkring driften og kulturen i afdelingen.
