Aangezien wij CRM-systemen verkopen, kun je je verheugen op complexe verkoopprocessen, waarbij het de taak is om de klant te vinden en te overtuigen, maar ook om hun behoeften te analyseren en hun oplossing te definiëren.

Wat je gaat doen
Je kunt contact verwachten met middelgrote en grote bedrijven in het land door middel van outbound sales werkzaamheden zoals:
- Prospecteren naar nieuwe leads
- Netwerken / relatieverkoop
- Deelnemen aan conferenties en beurzen
- Klantvergaderingen en presentaties zowel fysiek als virtueel
- Contacten op C-niveau
- Verkoopprocessen met een focus op het toevoegen van waarde aan workflows van klanten
Skills & Requirements
Wie ben jij?
Als je ervaring hebt in complexe verkoop uit de software industrie is dat een voordeel.
- Je hebt een relevante opleiding met 3+ jaar ervaring in B2B sales
- Je bent doel- en resultaatgericht
- Je hebt een technisch inzicht en een verlangen om meer te leren
- Je hebt een eigen budget, maar we hechten er toch veel waarde aan dat je een teamspeler bent met oog voor het algemeen belang van het kantoor
- Je bent gretig om je vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en te werken in een uitdagende markt
- Je hebt volledige professionele werkvaardigheid in het Nederlands en kunt je mondeling en schriftelijk goed uitdrukken in het Engels

Met ons solide inwerkprogramma krijg je training in onze producten, verkooppsychologie, verkoopprocessen, presentatietechnieken en klantenservice. Je wordt een expert in het efficiënter en winstgevender maken van bedrijven en komt vanaf dag één in contact met een breed scala aan sectoren en bedrijfstakken.
Het proces
Dit is een doorlopend proces, d.w.z. dat we het rekruteringsproces continu doorlopen totdat we de juiste persoon hebben gevonden. In de eerste stap screenen we cv's en motivatiebrieven. Daarna volgen gesprekken, een praktijkcase en een referentiecheck. Ons proces eindigt altijd met een eindgesprek met onze CEO Nils.
