Med en robust portefølje, der inkluderer digitalt tilsyn, sensorer, nødkald og mobile tryghedsalarmer, driver Sensio transformative ændringer i sundhedssektoren i hele Skandinavien og Europa.
Som 1st line kundeservicemedarbejder hos Sensio vil du være den første kontaktperson for vores kunder i plejesektoren. Din primære opgave er at yde professionel og effektiv kundesupport med fokus på Sensios velfærdsteknologiske produkter, især Safemate.
- Besvare indgående telefonopkald, e-mails og henvendelser via support portalen fra kunder i plejesektoren
- Yde support til kunder vedrørende brug af Sensio-produkter, især Safemate-/GPS-produktet
- Hjælpe med at løse simple tekniske problemer og guide kunderne til at bruge og konfigurere produkterne korrekt
- Indsamle og eskalere relevante informationer om kundeproblemer til 2nd line support i Danmark, Norge og Sverige
- Sikre, at kunderne får en positiv og effektiv oplevelse med Sensios kundesupport
- Bidrage til at forbedre kvaliteten på kundeservice og kundernes tilfredshed

Du er komfortabel med at arbejde under eget ansvar og tage egne initiativer. Som person er du således ansvarsbevidst, grundig, ordentlig og vant til at koordinere og have mange bolde i luften.
Sensio blev grundlagt i 2009 og har en stærk tilstedeværelse i Norge, Sverige, Danmark og Island, hvor man betjener over 50 % af alle kommuner. I 2023 udvidede de til England og Frankrig og styrkede dermed positionen som førende leverandør af velfærdsteknologi i Europa.
Teamet bestående af 190 dedikerede medarbejdere er engageret i at skabe bæredygtige produkter og tjenester, der forenkler sundhedspersonalets daglige opgaver og forbedrer den samlede pleje.
