Vi søger en Senior Sales Advisor til Elgiganten Taastrup.

Som Senior Sales Advisor vil du have til opgave at sikre den gode kundeoplevelse. Du vil dagligt interagere med vores kunder, og din hovedopgave vil være at identificere deres individuelle behov og præsentere passende løsninger, så de får lyst til at besøge Elgiganten igen.

Dine primære opgaver bliver at:

  1. hjælpe og vejlede vores Sales Advisors samt indgå i kundebetjeningen i varehuset
  2. assistere den respektive afdelingsleder
  3. sikre at varehuset, kampagner og opsætning er, som de skal være, og at varehuset følger Elgigantens butiksstandard
  4. stå for planlægning og facilitering af produkttræninger i varehuset sammen med afdelingslederen
  5. sikre kommunikation på tværs af afdelinger, varehuset og hovedkontoret
  6. forberede kampagner og strategitræning
  7. opfølgning af KPI'er
