Om Snevagten

Snevagten er en dynamisk vækstvirksomhed, der leverer sne- og isrydningstjenester i hele Danmark. Med 20 dedikerede medarbejdere har vi i 15 år udfordret de store spillere på markedet. Vi prioriterer trivsel, sundhed og realistiske målsætninger, baseret på historiske data.

Dine ansvarsområder

  1. Opbygge og lede et stærkt salgsteam bestående af en mødebooking afdeling og en salgsafdeling.
  2. Sikre lav medarbejder-churn og høj trivsel gennem effektiv coaching og sparring.
  3. Fremme samarbejdet mellem salg, marketing, drift og customer success.
  4. Sætte realistiske mål baseret på data og støtte sælgerne i de største sager.

Succeskriterier

  1. Opnåelse af salgsmål på 100 mio. kr. over de næste 3 år.
  2. Skabe en vinderkultur, hvor vi lærer af hinanden og arbejder som et hold.
  3. Høj medarbejder-NPS (over 80) og naturligvis lav medarbejder-churn.

  2. En relevant videregåendeuddannelse.
  3. Metodisk og struktureret i din tilgang til CRM (HubSpot) og processer.
  4. En inspirerende leder, der brænder for at coache og udvikle dit team.
  5. Nysgerrig på ny teknologi og AI, som du ser som et middel til at forbedre salgsprocesser.
