Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to kick-start your sales career? Do you have a passion for German language and culture? We're seeking a Sales Development Representative with excellent German language skills to join our team at Dixa.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, building a robust pipeline, and successfully explaining the Dixa value drivers to set up meetings with qualified prospects. You will work closely with our Account Executives to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound prospecting: identify and engage with prospects by phone, email, or on LinkedIn
  • Build a robust pipeline for your assigned Account Executive
  • Successfully explain the Dixa value drivers to set up meetings with qualified prospects
  • Handle objections from potential customers who may be using or considering a competitor
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to gain referrals and expand the customer base

Requirements

  • Excellent command of German (spoken and written)
  • Go-getter: you're a self-starter and nothing gets in the way between you and your targets. You knock down obstacles, stay focused, and learn from your mistakes.
  • Curious: you're a lifelong learner and you're curious to understand the what, why, and how in most situations.
  • Process-oriented: you're able to make a plan and stick to it to achieve your goals
