About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Dixa. As a specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through outbound prospecting and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with prospects via phone, email, or LinkedIn to build a robust pipeline for assigned Account Executives.
  • Successfully explain Dixa's value drivers to set up meetings with qualified prospects and handle objections from potential customers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to gain referrals and expand the customer base.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of German (spoken and written).
  • Go-getter attitude with a strong desire to exceed targets.
  • Curious and process-oriented with a ability to make a plan and stick to it.
