Job OverviewWe're seeking an Account Manager to help us grow our presence in Germany. As a key member of our founding team, you'll work closely with us to build long-term relationships, serve inbound leads, and optimize sales pipeline and conversion rates.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within sales, working hands-on with our co-founders and joining a vibrant work environment with a flat hierarchy.
Key Responsibilities- Build a portfolio of long-term client relations
- Serve and support inbound leads
- Collaborate with clients on designs, quotes, and project-related activities
- Develop new outbound sales pipeline
- Optimize sales pipeline and conversion rates
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Interest or 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Structured approach and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Care about the environment
- Good sense of designs and products
- Fluency in German and English
- High positive energy and enthusiasm for building an amazing team and culture

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
