About this Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Head of Sales, responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the assigned region for BYD Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at driving market share growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Business Development: Manage business growth in an omnichannel perspective with a B2B2C mindset.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis.
  • Market Development: Identify and develop new market segments and customer groups within the region.
  • Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to organize customer events and promotional activities.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead and develop the sales team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across functions.
