Role Summary:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives growth and profitability
  • Build and lead a top-notch sales team
  • Actively participate in budget work and set goals for the organization
  • Follow KPIs and develop action plans to improve results
  • Represent CVX at events and gatherings
  • Work closely with other managers and report to the CEO

What We Expect:

  • 5+ years of experience in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments
  • Natural ability to sell and demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets
  • High work ethic, sense of urgency, and exceptional drive
  • Proactive approach, people-oriented, and ability to communicate effectively
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, humility, and passion for building businesses
  • Fluency in Danish and English, preferably with a network in the Danish start-up ecosystem
