Role Summary:
As our Head of Sales, you will embark on a journey focused on your personal development, career growth, and CVX as a company. You will become part of a dynamic and exciting work environment with ambitious and talented peers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives growth and profitability
- Build and lead a top-notch sales team
- Actively participate in budget work and set goals for the organization
- Follow KPIs and develop action plans to improve results
- Represent CVX at events and gatherings
- Work closely with other managers and report to the CEO
What We Expect:
- 5+ years of experience in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments
- Natural ability to sell and demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets
- High work ethic, sense of urgency, and exceptional drive
- Proactive approach, people-oriented, and ability to communicate effectively
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, humility, and passion for building businesses
- Fluency in Danish and English, preferably with a network in the Danish start-up ecosystem
