International Sales Strategist

As an International Sales Strategist at Optio, you will play a crucial role in our company's commercial success. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing innovative sales strategies, and expanding our market presence.
We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in commercial roles within finance or sales, and who has a proven track record of success in complex sales cycles, selling to technical stakeholders, and securing strategic deals.
In this role, you will work closely with our Product and Marketing teams to refine our value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning. You will also have the opportunity to travel and work from other European offices.
- Your responsibilities will include owning the full sales cycle, from first outbound to launch, and spearheading market expansion by pinpointing new customer segments and use cases.
- You will design and execute innovative sales strategies, analyze market landscapes, trends, and dynamics, and collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate our offerings and sustain a competitive edge.
