Key Account Restaurant Growth Manager

We are expanding our restaurant portfolio in Denmark and seek a seasoned professional to lead the charge.
Job DescriptionAbout the Role
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at top restaurants across Denmark.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to acquire top restaurants
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including restaurant owners and managers
- Traveling extensively throughout Denmark (5-15 days per month) to visit restaurants, launch new markets, and drive sales growth
- Negotiating partnership terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales methodologies and processes
- Making data-driven decisions to drive business growth and profitability
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry
- Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience working with CRM systems and preferably within the hospitality industry
What We Offer
In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus structure.
