International Customer Success Lead: Driving Business Outcomes

At Connected Cars A/S, we are seeking an experienced International Customer Success Lead to drive business outcomes and build long-lasting customer relationships with our international enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer success within B2B SaaS companies, with experience in owning a portfolio of customers and managing them actively. They will own customer retention and growth targets, work closely with sales and product teams as a customer advocate, and collaborate cross-functionally to move forward objectives.
As an International Customer Success Lead, you will be responsible for creating trust with customers, identifying and engaging with relevant stakeholders around their business objectives, and collaborating internally to create success for your customers. You will be measured on key metrics, including the level and quality of interaction with customer stakeholders, portfolio satisfaction and health, long-term drivers of retention, and short to mid-term drivers of growth.
Key responsibilities include owning a portfolio of international enterprise customers, engaging with senior decision-makers at the customer to define success and plans of action, owning your customers' success and health metrics, and owning customer retention and growth in your portfolio. You will also work closely with Sales and Product teams as a customer advocate.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven track record in Customer Success within B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven experience in owning a portfolio of customers and managing them actively.
- Proven experience in owning and delivering on customer retention and growth targets.
- Technically savvy enough to understand and consult technical customers in their language.
- Experience in collaborating cross-functionally internally to move forward objectives.
- Business proficient in written and spoken English. Written and spoken Danish at a business proficient level or higher is a big plus.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to travel for work.
