Job Description

As a Senior Sales and Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the diagnostics industry and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Lead the development and deepening of partnerships with laboratories, university clinics, and large hospitals.
  • Identify, initiate, and drive forward commercial opportunities with potential and existing clients.
  • Contribute valuable product knowledge to develop solutions with a cross-functional team.
  • Take a consultative approach to build value in the mind of customers and develop a competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in natural sciences or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales and/or business development in the diagnostics field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships in a complex stakeholder environment.
