Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Development: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top CPG brands as partners, driving business growth and revenue.
  2. Innovation Incubation: Identify and incubate innovative business ideas that address emerging trends and opportunities in the CPG and e-commerce industries.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize industry-leading data analytics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize business outcomes.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within the CPG or e-commerce industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the CPG and e-commerce industries, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Presentation & Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable business recommendations.
  • Attitude: A strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to take calculated risks and drive growth.
  • Languages Proficiency: Fluency in English and Danish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
