Commercial Growth Specialist

At Optio, we are expanding our commercial team and seeking a talented individual to join us as a Commercial Growth Specialist. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue quotas.
We believe that your experience in commercial roles within finance or sales, combined with your analytical approach and ability to work in an international environment, make you an ideal candidate for this position.
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, from first outbound to launch, and spearhead market expansion by pinpointing new customer segments and use cases. You will also inform product roadmaps and features by gathering customer feedback and conveying market needs.
- Your responsibilities will include designing and executing innovative sales strategies, analyzing market landscapes, trends, and dynamics, and collaborating cross-functionally to differentiate our offerings and sustain a competitive edge.
- You will continuously refine the sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices, and identify process improvements that optimize sales productivity and consistency.
