About the Opportunity
Hello Retail ApS is a leading e-commerce company in the Nordic market, specializing in personalization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for online retailers. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our sales team in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Job Description
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and identifying potential customers for our e-commerce solutions. You will work closely with the BDR Manager and Sales Manager to scale the Danish market, prospecting and scheduling meetings with medium and large-sized webshops for the Account Executive. Your primary goal is to educate customers about the benefits of our solutions and encourage them to book meetings with our product experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and scheduling meetings with potential customers
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
- Providing detailed information about our e-commerce solutions and their benefits
- Collaborating with the BDR Manager and Sales Manager to achieve sales goals
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in both Danish and English. You should also possess:
- Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or cold calling
- Knowledge of digital services or SaaS solutions
- Able to explain technical solutions in a simple and easy-to-understand manner
- Disciplined and organized with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
