At DB Equipment AS, we are looking for a Sales and Business Development Representative to join our Scandinavian team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading brand in the travel gear industry. As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they meet our terms and conditions, and supporting them in aligning with our seasonal strategy and plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure that they meet our terms and conditions.
  • Support customers in aligning with our seasonal strategy and plans, including staff training.
  • Deliver on wholesale sales performance targets and set KPIs as agreed upon seasonally.
  • Evaluate and resolve wholesale customer needs regarding returns, stock swaps, deliveries, pricing, and proposing innovative solutions aligned with our strategy.
  • Prepare weekly reports on customer performance and brand marketing.
  • Attend relevant trade shows and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or a similar field.
  • Relevant sales and store experience.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outgoing, flexible for travels, and not afraid to step up when needed.
