Job Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accelerating sales efforts, helping companies achieve lower electricity costs, and driving real climate impact. Your main responsibilities will include advancing our sales initiatives, engaging in proactive prospecting and outreaches, building your own pipeline of relevant prospects, and establishing meaningful relationships with potential customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Advance our sales initiatives through proactive prospecting and outreaches
- Build your own pipeline of relevant prospects and effectively reach out and conduct calls with potential customers
- Establish meaningful relationships and manage deals through the entire sales funnel
- Master CRM (HubSpot) and maintain adherence to best practices
- Collaborate closely with Reel management and other stakeholders to advance our Go-to-Market strategy and refine our Sales Playbook
What You Need
To succeed in this role, you will have some of the following traits:
- 2+ years of professional experience in sales or business development roles
- Strong personal drive to build meaningful relationships and accelerate the energy transition
- Outgoing personality and willingness to pick up the phone and enjoy sales
- Ability to respond to changing priorities in an evolving business environment
- Proficiency in assessing and presenting decisions analytically
- Genuine interest in and curiosity about climate action and renewable energy
- Entrepreneurial personality with a passion for technology
