Customer Experience Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and the Faroe Islands. This role requires excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and experience working in a multi-discipline team environment.
A successful Customer Experience Manager at Marel will possess a degree in engineering and/or business administration, along with commercial experience. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000-$150,000 annually, depending on location and qualifications.
Job Description:
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers, analyzing their performance and needs, identifying opportunities, and translating them into proposals of solutions.
- Negotiate agreements with customers related to after-market sales such as upgrades, service contracts, or SLAs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and Sales to manage the business with customers and drive customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various teams to analyze customer, market, and competitor data and translate it into valuable feedback for the service organization and other relevant functions within Marel.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with customer-facing roles in sales of services, SLAs, or capital goods.
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
- Commercial and service-oriented mindset.
