- Analyse and report on key people metrics to inform business decisions.">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
a minimum of 10 years' experience in a HRBP role or similar;
exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to convert identified opportunities into concrete plans;
strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills;
proven ability to facilitate, train, coach, and grow leaders at all levels;
strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple leader partnering projects simultaneously;
solid collaboration ability, as you know, you are good - but together we are much stronger.
