About the Role

Stila A/S is seeking a seasoned Field Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of their sales organization in Rødovre, Copenhagen. As a pivotal member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving business expansion and strengthening customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new customers and dealers, transforming them into actionable initiatives.
  • Lead and coach area managers and sales representatives, fostering local market insights and contributing to the commercial plan.
  • Maintain local market expertise by monitoring competition and providing valuable input for the commercial strategy.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Field Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and high levels of field sales support.
  • Conduct regular appraisals, setting commercial and personal development objectives for direct reports.
  • Implement effective coaching and development programs for direct-reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and independent worker with excellent management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial drive to unlock new market potential.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and independent thinking.
  • Experience in relevant industry, preferably with knowledge of the European market.
  • Fluent in Danish and good verbal and written English communication skills.
