Nordic Enterprise Sales Executive

About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be responsible for acquiring and growing enterprise customers in the Nordics market.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Initiating outbound prospecting, social selling (LinkedIn), and supporting partner channels to find and cultivate leads and opportunities.
- Managing and driving the entire sales process from creating a lead/opportunity to closed won, being in charge of the entire sales cycle and customer journey.
- Driving value-based and consultative sales, diagnosing customer challenges, educating customers on both challenges and solutions, and aligning AskCody's solutions with measurable business outcomes.
- Navigating long and complex sales cycles, ensuring consistent follow-ups, progression, and engagement with a large and diverse stakeholder landscape.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in Sales or Account Management, where you've had exposure to outbound prospecting and generating leads.
- Proven experience in managing, creating, and overseeing your own pipeline.
- Strong consultative selling and solution-based sales approach – not transactional selling.
- Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles and handling complex negotiations, with a diverse stakeholder landscape.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
- Proactive, persistent, and resilient – ability to follow up consistently and drive deals forward.
- Fluent in Danish and English is required.
