Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience (5+ years experience for Senior AE level) in value-based new sales closing role within the SaaS industry, involving sales to large and enterprise-level clients in the UK market.
- Proven track record and motivation for building net new business and managing the deal cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Strong business acumen and ability to be both strategic and hands-on with your accounts.
- Excellent negotiation skills - ability to engage the customer in a strategic dialogue, aiming to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Strong ability to build relationships - connecting with, and building trust in order to ensure a long-term relationship with the customer.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Ambitious, self-driven, and a growth mindset - meaning you evolve, adapt, and thrive in the face of challenges.
- You are adaptable and excellent at navigating in a highly-changing, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Native-level fluency in English.
