Job Overview

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Customer Development team in Copenhagen. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer growth and development through effective commercial strategies and execution.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform commercial strategies
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and development through effective commercial strategies
Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Key Account Manager will include:

  • Developing and executing commercial strategies to drive customer growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of customer strategies
  • Managing customer budgets and forecasting to ensure accurate revenue projections
Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • A proven track record of driving customer growth and development through effective commercial strategies
