Tribune søger en erfaren og drivende Senior Sales Manager til at blive en del af vores voksende salgsdivision.

Beskrivelse af jobbet:

Denne rolle er ansvarlig for at opbygge og lede en team af salgsassistenter, samt selv at udføre salgsopgaver i form af telefonsalg og personlige møder med nye kunder. Du skal være i stand til at skabe stærke relationer med dine kunder, der er ambitiøse og resultatorienterede medarbejdere, som ønsker at skabe vækst og udvikling hos Tribe Takeaway.

Arbejdsopgaver:

  • Konstituere, træne og lede et team af salgsassistenter
  • Afholde regelmæssige sales meetings for at holde sig informeret om arbejdet i divisionen
  • Vedligeholde og implementere effektive sales proceser for at sikre, at alle mål og retningslinjer følges
  • Indsamle og rapportere tilbud på salg og opløsning fra Salgskampagner og Markedsføring
  • Samarbejde tæt med andre afdelinger, såsom Produktudvikling, Marketing, og Kommunikation
  • Overvåge og løfte projektstatus og projektdynamik til Teamlead og ledelse
