Senior Key Account Specialist for Coffee Sales

We are looking for a skilled and driven professional to join our team as a Senior Key Account Specialist for Coffee Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of single-serve coffee consumption in the Nordics.
Your primary objective will be to improve sales performance in the Electro (ERT) channel across the region. To achieve this, you will work closely with key customers to establish long-term, collaborative, and strategic partnerships. Your expertise will be instrumental in expanding customer sales and profitability.
The successful candidate will have experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the Electro channel, working with Elkjøp or Power on a Nordic level. They will possess excellent commercial and analytical understanding, enabling them to shape and drive the Nordic Appliance strategy while inspiring colleagues.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver yearly sales targets by establishing strong relationships with key customers.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand customer sales and profitability.
- Manage promotion budgets effectively to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure perfect execution of sales strategies.
- Provide detailed P&L management to support business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in Key Account Management or a supporting role.
- Excellent commercial and analytical understanding.
- Ability to shape and drive business strategies while inspiring colleagues.
- Fluent in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and English.
We offer a competitive salary between €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, pension plan, and generous holiday allowance. You will also enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
