Senior Sales Manager

As a key member of our European team, you'll be responsible for developing and growing existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities in the Nordic region.
This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden, or Copenhagen, Denmark, and reports directly to the Europe West Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize Allegro's sales channels to build strong relationships with current and prospective customers, driving sales growth and securing new business opportunities.
- Create new business prospects for Allegro's existing products in the automotive and industrial markets, focusing on complex motor drivers, analogue and digital magnetic sensors, and voltage regulators.
- Identify and close new sales opportunities, understanding customer strategies and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Navigate complex business situations in a global, technically challenging environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide price quotes, and negotiate agreements.
- Discover new accounts and markets within the territory.
- Assess market needs to introduce new product offerings.
- Collaborate with Management to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Generate executive summary reports and provide timely updates.
- Offer feedback on market trends and changes.
- BSEE or MSEE Electronic Engineering (or similar) and a minimum of 5 years' experience in technical sales and customer management with a proven track record.
- Native language fluency, with English as a must (oral and written).
- Proven sales experience with mixed Analog and Digital integrated semiconductors for power management, power interface, brushless DC motors, and sensor devices.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities to operate synergistically within Allegro's global network of professionals.
- Dynamic and outgoing personality.
- Strong relationship builder with a personal desire to achieve goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally.
- Good organizational skills.
- Will to travel (approximately 3-4 days per week).
We offer an estimated salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 depending on experience, making this an attractive opportunity for those seeking career advancement and a competitive compensation package.
