We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a keen interest in developing sales projects and an ambitious nature that does not settle for 'good enough.' You will be self-driven, adaptable, and able to communicate effectively with people from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.

This position offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus a performance-based bonus structure. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and employee perks like discount clubs, massage schemes, and employee associations covering sports to art.

In this role, you will manage large sales projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include market analysis, sales budgeting, developing sales strategies, qualifying project leads, conducting customer visits, and creating customer relations.

You will be part of a dynamic team within the Retrofit & Upgrade business unit, supported by dedicated tendering and engineering departments. Our office is located in Copenhagen's harbor area, offering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. We prioritize diversity and equality, and our employees' well-being is essential to us.

To succeed in this role, you should have a commercial or technical educational background (e.g., Naval Architect, Marine Engineer, Mechanical Engineer), fluent English language skills, and previous experience in large project sales B2B. Some knowledge of ships or large engines is required. Experience from offshore, maritime, or power plant/heavy industry business is an advantage.
