Your Role as a Retail Sales Development Representative
In this position, you'll play a crucial role in uncovering sales opportunities in targeted accounts. You'll partner with our Account Executives to establish connections that drive business growth. Your ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and identify potential opportunities will be vital to our success.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for:
  1. Driving high-volume outbound outreach efforts to create qualified new business meetings.
  2. Identifying new potential clients and creating a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  3. Establishing connections with key contacts and stakeholders to comprehend their needs and challenges.
  4. Developing strong sales and product knowledge about Relesys and its competitors.
  5. Building strong relationships with our Account Executives to maximize win potential.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed, you'll need:
  1. 1+ years of outbound SDR, BDR, or account management experience driving qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities.
  2. Experience with B2B SaaS sales and preferably Enterprise clients.
  3. A proven track record in articulating a strong value proposition to clients.
  4. Target-driven attitude with a winning spirit and positive attitude embracing challenges.
