We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager professional to join our European team based in Stockholm, Sweden, or Copenhagen, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and growth of our existing customer base as well as the dynamic development of new markets and accounts in the Nordic region.

This position is home office-based and reports to the Europe West Sales Director. Using Allegro's established sales channels, you will develop relationships with current and prospective customers to drive sales growth and secure new business opportunities.

Key Position Responsibilities:

  • Create new business opportunities for Allegro's existing products in the automotive and industrial market to support growth with a focus on complex motor drivers, analogue and digital magnetic sensors, and voltage regulators.
  • Identify and close new opportunities.
  • Understand customers' key contacts and strategy, and develop relationships with decision-makers.
  • Able to handle complex business situations in a global and challenging technical environment.
  • Respond to inquiries, facilitate price quotes, and negotiate agreements.
  • Identify new accounts and markets in the territory.
  • Assess market needs to introduce new product offerings.
  • Work closely with Management to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Develop and generate executive summary reports and provide them on time.
  • Provide timely feedback from the market, including changes and trends.

Position Requirements:

  • BSEE or MSEE Electronic Engineering (or similar) and a minimum of 5 years related technical sales and customer management experience with a proven track record.
  • Language requirements: Native language and English (oral and written) are required.
  • Solid sales experience with mixed Analog and Digital integrated semiconductors for power management, power interface, brushless DC motors, and sensor devices.
  • Excellent team capabilities to operate synergistically within a global Allegro network of Engineering, Sales, and Marketing professionals.
  • Dynamic and outgoing personality.
  • Strong relationship builder and a strong personal desire to achieve goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Will to travel (3-4 days a week).

The estimated salary for this position is between €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is calculated based on the industry standards, location, and job requirements.
