We've launched a stellar product and onboarded our first group of awesome customers. With our seed funding closed, we're now ready to supercharge our growth and are looking for a strong commercial SDR to join our very product-focused team to drive sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential customers based on Responsibly's ICP guidelines – using a mix of outreach strategies including outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-up calls.
  • Develop and execute effective outreach plans to hit and exceed activity expectations.
  • Qualify leads to create a pipeline of prospects with high closing potential (min 10%).
  • Bypass gatekeepers to connect with key stakeholders.
  • Clearly articulate the Responsibly value proposition and demonstrate how our products improve sustainable purchasing.
  • Analyze intent signals and provide insights about key markets and ICPs to the business.
  • Share successes, challenges, and current market trends to foster knowledge-sharing across the business.
  • Participate in regular day-to-day sales training and coaching sessions on the desk.
Requirements
  • 1+ years experience as an SDR/sales-role within SaaS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire to pursue a career in SaaS.
  • Experience in using a CRM system (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Experience in using sales tools (Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha).
  • Confidence on the phone.
  • Able to overcome objections.
  • Competitive – you want to be rewarded for your level of effort.
  • Intelligent – fast learner, great listener, and communicator that captivates people.
  • Analytical thinker and growth mindset with the drive to continuously improve and develop yourself.
  • Highly motivated with a can-do attitude, ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English speaker, additional languages are an advantage.
