Job Description:
This position involves joining the BTP Customer Success Partner (CSP) team as a trusted advisor to flagship EMEA customers, helping them drive a roadmap for BTP adoption & consumption across their organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively partner with customers to increase sustainable consumption of SAP BTP services and coordinate activities with the Account Team.
- Analyse the big picture, have expertise in digital transformation, and coach on technical & business architectures.
- Act as the primary SAP BTP strategic point of contact, orchestrating success resources across SAP & customers according to the SAP BTP engagement model.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience working in the IT Industry, with a background in Software Engineering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management, Project Implementation, Pre-sales, Technical Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Proactive Support Services, Consulting, etc.
- Deep understanding of one or more areas of the SAP BTP portfolio: SAP BTP Extension & Integration Suite, Cloud Databases, Cloud Data Management, Analytics Cloud Solutions.
- Foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms & providers (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, etc.). Certifications in enterprise architecture are a plus.
