We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our Nordic team. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with prospects and partners, and driving strategic sales growth.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Nordic region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, events, and social media channels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong commercial and strategic insight, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at multiple levels.
  • Professional-level education (Bachelor's degree or higher).
