We're looking for a talented individual to join our customer success team as a Account Growth and Retention Expert for the DACH markets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer growth and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Your Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms is a plus.
