About the Role

We're seeking an experienced SaaS sales professional to lead our revenue expansion across the Nordics and EMEA. As a Sales Manager, you will own your sales budget and take the lead in engaging with new client prospects through inbound leads and proactive outbound efforts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to close, supported by a team of presales engineers
  • Execute sales actions in alignment with Sympa's sales strategies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness
  • Professionally guide prospects through the sales process, ensuring a tailored approach to meet their specific needs and business goals
  • Participate in commercial events and webinars
  • Promote collaboration across the sales team to enhance collective success

About You

We're looking for someone with a proven track record within SaaS sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Prior experience with HR Tech or selling to HR leaders is a plus. Our ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and skilled at guiding complex purchasing decisions for solutions like an HR system.
