The RoleWe seek a highly skilled Enterprise Partner Growth Specialist to join our team in the Nordics region. This senior role involves developing and executing partner sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Nordics market, identifying opportunities for partnership growth and strategic alliances.
- Design and execute go-to-market initiatives, marketing programs, joint value propositions, and business cases for strategic partnerships.
- Foster a deep understanding of the company's SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with partner needs and requirements.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives at globally listed companies, promoting the company's offerings and services.
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly in complex B2B enterprise sales, focusing on business change/transformation, including cross-functional solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the Scandinavian/Nordics technology ecosystem, with a network of connections within the industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and clients.
- A proven track record in closing high-value SaaS contract deals (€150k+) and managing enterprise customer accounts (€1b+ revenue, 5,000+ employees).
