We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nordic Commercial Leader to join our team at Norgine. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in sales and key account management within the Consumer Health Care (CHC) and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in strategic commercial leadership and sales planning, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets. They will also possess in-depth knowledge of the CHC/FMCG landscape, including market dynamics and consumer behaviour.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, coaching and mentoring them to achieve their full potential. You will also work closely with the Regional Head Consumer Health Care to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and plans.
