Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Commercial Marketing Programs team at Agilent Technologies, a leading provider of innovative solutions for the life sciences and diagnostics industries.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Programs Manager to develop and execute global marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for our sustainability products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative marketing program and campaign strategies to support awareness and demand generation goals.
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Program Managers, field and channel partners to analyze competitive information, market and customer data, and facilitate effective program development.
  • Work with Segment Marketing managers, Product Marketing Managers, Brand, PR, Corporate Environmental Social Governance (ESG), and Marketing Communications professionals to develop strategic customer-centric messaging and positioning.
  • Perform financial analyses and build cases for programs, identify target audiences and offers, and work with Marcom to develop program plans and the appropriate marcom mix.
  • Define sustainability messaging, content requirements, SEO, SEM, and Social Media strategies in partnership with the Commercial Marketing Brand Organization.
  • Measure and evaluate the short- and long-term impacts and return on investment of programs, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement of program strategy and design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Post-graduate and/or certification in Marketing may be required.
  • 8+ years marketing experience for entry to this level.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated results in a commercial marketing role.
  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability efforts worldwide recommended.
  • Experience developing B2B marketing programs and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and demand.
  • Proven results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal-focused plans that align with strategic objectives.
