About the RoleWe are seeking an adaptable, successful, and experienced individual to join one of our Partner Success Teams. Your primary goal will be to identify new opportunities with key partners and provide them with all the necessary resources to achieve their growth objectives.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Build and execute jointly agreed-upon business plans with partners or merchants to drive mutual growth and success.
- Work closely with internal analysts, delivery, and marketing teams at Klarna to drive enablement and lead generation activities.
- Identify new partnerships or business opportunities, pitch Klarna's services, and close deals.
- Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships, including C-suite executives.
- Create and deliver/present Quarterly Business Reviews to members of partners' C-suite teams.
Your Profile
- Retail, payments, and/or e-commerce experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing business relationships.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
