Customer Success Ambassador

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Success Hero to join our vibrant and international team at Hobbii. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and social media.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer needs
- Fluency in Norwegian and English (both spoken and written)
- Danish work permit
