The Role: Customer Success AssociateWe're looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our team and help us roll out across the UK, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and other exciting markets. This role is an opportunity to come in and help from a service function from the ground up in a fast-growing startup.
You'll be responsible for driving customer success, overseeing the customer lifecycle, and working closely with our Developers, Marketing, and Sales teams to meet customer expectations. You'll also take ownership of customer needs internally and externally.
Responsibilities- Drive customer success and adoption
- Oversee the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, and renewals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations
- Take ownership of customer needs and develop effective solutions
- Fluent Danish and English language skills
- 1-3 years of experience in customer contact, either from a sales or customer service role
- Ability to work 15-20 hours a week
- Nice to have: 1 year of B2B work experience within SAAS/software
- Structured and punctual
- Excellent communication skills
- Good sense of humor and willingness to contribute to a fun work environment
- Excited about building a big company from a small starting point and growing personally on the way
- Ability to work at our office in Central Copenhagen (with a hybrid model option)

You'll be part of the Customer Success team, reporting directly to Frederik Gabriel, Head of Customer Success.
